Cycle of Change is a purpose-driven team building experience that combines problem-solving, construction and creative expression to create a meaningful shared outcome.
Teams begin by solving clues and decoding challenges to earn the fragments needed for their build. Each completed challenge unlocks another component, turning persistence and collective thinking into tangible progress.
But the experience goes beyond building a functional structure. Alongside the physical construction, participants contribute to blank canvases that provide an opportunity to express stories, emotions and messages through colour and creativity.
