Teams step into ownership of distinct workplace zones, each with a purpose, theme and role in shaping the larger environment. Participants are encouraged to think beyond decoration and consider how people experience the space every day.
Each team must decide how its zone should function, what it should communicate and how it should connect with the surrounding workspace.
What begins as separate zones gradually becomes one connected workplace environment. Every decision, material and detail contributes to the identity of the final space.
