Teams must work with precision, patience and perspective as they design and develop their flying solution. Every component has a role, and every decision can influence the final outcome. Success depends not only on technical thinking, but also on how effectively people communicate, support one another and contribute towards a shared purpose.
Once the flight is ready, the challenge changes. The team must navigate a course filled with obstacles, unexpected changes and limited margins for error. What matters is no longer just whether the creation can fly, but whether the team can keep it under control.
