Participants must communicate clearly, share information, manage resources and make strategic decisions while working towards a common objective.
Survival isn't enough. Teams will have to construct more than a solution — they will have to build resistance.
The Code
The Code challenges teams to move through an immersive world of incomplete information, limited resources and time-bound decisions.
Every participant holds a piece of the solution. Success depends on bringing those pieces together, identifying patterns, trusting teammates and executing the strategy at the right moment.
As the pressure increases, leadership and collaboration become critical. Teams must decide who leads, who executes, who manages resources and how information should flow across the group.
Because when the barrier breaks, only what you've created will stand between you and what's coming.
