A dragon doesn't exist in parts; it exists in motion. Every rise and turn demands alignment. Every movement depends on the person beside you.
Too rigid, it breaks. Too loose, it collapses. The team must discover the balance between individual control and collective movement.
Only when the rhythm is shared does it come alive. And when it does, you don't control it — you become it.

The Fierce & The Fabricated is an experiential team building challenge where participants must coordinate their movements and actions without relying solely on verbal instructions.
Teams work together to construct and animate a larger-than-life dragon, with every participant playing an essential role in bringing it to life.
The experience highlights how small individual actions can create a powerful collective outcome when timing, trust and coordination are aligned.
Participants must observe, anticipate and respond to one another while maintaining a shared rhythm. Leadership becomes distributed, communication becomes instinctive and execution becomes truly collective.
